Hey Everyone

I am installing an aeromotive a1000 fuel pump in my 89 camaro and was wondering if it would be alright to simply weld a bung in the bottom of the tank for the feed line. I don't plan on doing any wheel stands soon so I'm not too worried about cavitating the pump if you guys think it would be alright.

Thanks
Steve

Absolutely not pulling fuel off the bottom of a flat tank without baffles you will cavitate on turns or anytime the fuel sloshes around. Our fuel tank is a direct bolt in the factory location and factory fill.

if its a 89 just get a tank for a earlier 80s model that was carbed and it will still have a top pickup with no pump in tank

14 gallons and E85? Couldn't get 20 to fit I guess.
