Generation IV Internal Engine - Spark plug?

I'm redoing the cam on on my LS3 to a GT11. I'm also having the heads done at Lingenfelter. I'm looking to replace the spark plugs. Not that it needs it. The engine has very few miles on it. But I figure what the heck,

Should I just get replacement plug or go with some after market. Also, for my set up, cam, heads, long tube headers, Mezerie electric water pump and CAI, what should I gap them to.

NGK TR6 spark plugs are pretty awesome.
