PCM Diagnostics & Tuning - Tuning help!

I want to flash my ecu and rid myself of the 120 limiter...

1. should I go through a shop to do this, if so what are some good ones in the metro atlanta area.

2. can I do it myself?

Anybody with tuning software could do that for you. Incredibly simple.
