Nitrous Oxide - E85 Nitrous Jetting HELP

I am setting up my car to run a 300 shot.

The nitrous system will be NANO which should be 950psi regulated.

The fuel system is just for the nitrous and it is a Holley blue pump with a regulator and return line back to the surge tank. I can control the fuel pressure on the nitrous and it will be tuned on the dyno. I would like to run it as high as possible to make adjustments easier.

The solenoids are NOS cheater.

The nozzles are NOS fogger2.

Any other factors that go into Jetting? I was told .032/.032 but that doesnt account for the extra e85 so I would like a little assistance with this. The car goes on the dyno friday so I need to get these ordered ASAP.

May need to go to Holley black pump. Nitro Dave just flowed my set up with nx Sv1 plate.

Squared jetting is a good baseline. No way I would start that high of a jet first time.

Just my opinion I would start at something small like .022 or .024 jets, 5.5-6lbs flowing fuel pressure, and around 18-20* of timing.

The tuneup you're looking to start with I'd be looking to start 10-12*. Keep in mind also wouldn't spray it until the motor tuneup is right on.

For E85 jetting you typically take the Fuel jet and add 28% to it.

Ex. 33 jet + 28% = 42.24 [ 42jet ]

If I remember correctly Dave set mine up with squared jetting and told me to set fuel system up at 7psi.

I thought it was 28% added to the area not the diameter.

Shaggy it is the orifice area that you add 28%. A .032 jet will increase to a .036 @ 28% with e85. I am not sure if your square jetting was calculated to NANO or not. If not then the .036 jet would become a .038-.040 depending on where your afr ends up. Most of the time square jetting at 7psi will be rich to begin with.

Like other have said i would start with smaller jetting and work your way up. Remember you can adjust fuel psi within reason to clean it up.

Even doing it that way should come out to the use of a .042 jet.
