thanks, just broke 14,000 miles, was going to pull the trigger on a VRX5 cam but then I decided to finally buy a house. Now I might sell it and just buy a quad to ride around on

yeah I saw your GTO pyro on the facebook page of pictures somebody posted. You only have 14k on yours? I bought mine in october with 126k I only put 300 on it so far, wish i had low miles. ha

I ended up going. It was a good turnout with a variety of cars. As far as GM vehicles - 1 C5 Z06, 3 LS1 Trans Ams, 1 GTO, 1 G8, 1 LT1 Trans Am, 1 LT1 Camaro, and 2 Cobalt SS. Here are some shots I took:

Joey is that the pic you are talking about? If you found a different one can you post it? I don't have a million dollar camera like Shine does. Hey, a low mileage GTO is only an engine/tranny swap away, or you can let me know when you have a spare $20k sitting around haha.

No, thats the pic I found on facebook of yours, I did not find any others. They look great together like you said! As for the miles and new motor I know, that be nice, I want a 402 bad, but I just bought new stuff minus pistons and crank. So guess that is like starting over a little on the miles.

And yes, my dad races a 1985 monte carlo with a 400 block and a 55 chevy, but he is selling the monte carlo, its white/pink runs 9s in super stock NHRA.

The gathering for next event is may 26th saturday morning 8-10am, I have school starting at 9 am, but I will make it for an hour hopefully. Look up the address for details they got it posted on facebook
