Generation III Internal Engine - LS1 budget build...

Hey guys... a buddy of mine and myself are picking up an LS1 for a '98 project camaro. We want to do a basic H/C/I setup and throw some gears on the car. I want it to be mid to low 11's capable... 425-440whp would be a safe number to shoot for. What kind of heads will get me there...? This will remain stock displacement. I want NEW heads, and i am already building an LS2 for my cobra, 1000whp capable... so i don't want to spend crazy $$$ on this build. What kind of heads will pick up decent power at a reasonable price? thanks in advance!

Texas speed stage 2.5 5.3 heads are really some of the best bang for the buck heads out there. I went 463 rwhp on my old stock LS1 block with those heads, an EPS cam, and the normal bolt ons..
