Texas Members - need help with ls1 f body engine harness grounds

hi, i need help with ls1 f body engine harness grounds. where do all the grounds go? i got he three on the back of the drivers head, but what about the driver side frame rail and all the braided straps?

Did you fry the breaded straps?

oh man i just dealt with this problem when i did my swap..still dont know if i got em all...had to ground the computer with a new wire cause apparently i missed one somewhere...car wouldnt start without it. i believe there are the ones on the back of the head, and the driver side rail, and the main one from the battery...not sure if others exist.

ok thanks but where do the two breaded straps go? the one's one the drivers side front engine bay down by the Alternator? one lead is from the frame rail and one lead is from the engine harness. where do they get grounded? the engine, alternator or what? ps this car is running

one from the drivers side frame rail goes to the front of the block somewhere or head if I'm not mistaken.....I'd go look outside but my motor is out of the car..lol

I think those two on the driver side frame rail go to the block. It's been awhile so I might be wrong.

The one on the driver side goes from the block, just behind the altenator (10mm) on the same bolt that holds the front O2 plug. And goes to the frame rail also a (10mm) and has the groung from the front headlight harness on the same bolt. I think this is the one you are refering to. I know where they all go lol! As a matter of fact I can put an F-body together with all the bolts in a box, I don't need a template. GL!
