I have a 97 camaro with a stock intank pump right now with a 255 in line pump. I want to switch over to the twin in tank pumps. I got a GSS340M walbro pump sitting on the shelf right now. What other parts do I need to get this done. Thanks.

I know it's not a 97, but this should be of some help to you.

Thanks brad. Do you know if I need a Corvette sock for the end of the GSS340M pump? The M is a little different end that is machined down a little smaller

It is suppose to be machined to fit a standard gm sock, but not sure what vehicle the sock comes from. I also have seen that the socks that come with the installation kits are 30 vs. the factory 70 micron(I think). Give a fuel pump vendor a call and get some advice from them. Good luck.

IIRC, you can ask for a efi 5.0 fuel sock and it's the right one. I may be just making that up though.
