She should at bare minimum have to pay for a full set of implant replacement teeth as well as compensation for pain and suffering.

While going there wasn't a bright idea, she could have refused the service and as a health care professional should be held fully accountable for her actions.

Yeah it seems like it would be a serious offense. Medical malpractice can be bad enough but intentional harm to the patient seems like it would be more than 3 years..
