I searched and didn't really find what I am looking for.

What do I do for a cheap and effective PCV system. I have a 1994 silverado that is getting a 1999 5.3 LM7, Performer RPM intake, cam, 750cfm carb, etc etc.

What do I do with this H shape line?

Not sure how to upload a photo directly right now, I will search the forum for an answer.

The H piece is the coolant line that goes under your intake.

the PCV setup should look something like this without the catch can

Put pcv in driverside valve cover and run it to main vacuum port on Carb then on pass side run vent tube to bottom of your air cleaner.

Put pcv in driverside valve cover and run it to main vacuum port on Carb then on pass side run vent tube to bottom of your air cleaner.

I tried this with the stock 2005 5.3l PCV and the car acted like it had a bad Vacuum leak because the the 5.3 style is just an open orifice. Once I changed it to the original style that came on my 71 it ran great, but would whistle real loud. Then I realized I had the vent tube on the passenger side plugged. Once I removed that and installed a breather filter the whistle stopped and the car runs great after a little carb adjustment

Same here, two filters on passenger side, then the pcv to the carb.
