this trans am has been my dream car since before i can remember. my father bought this car for me when i was thirteen so we could have father/son
time working on it and getting it ready by the time i got my license.
unfortunately, that didn't happen. at the risk of being too personal i'll leave it at that. the car did eventually get finished as you can see. (fully restored)
but that's an even longer story. i am currently paying to keep it stored at his house, and i really can't afford to do this much longer.
i don't want to sell it, but i am to the point where i need to.
there are well over 1500 hours in this car, not to mention the money both he and i poured into it.
yes the pictures are ****, and i'm working on it. 76k miles on the body
bodywork:
new quarters, fenders, and floorpan. the whole front end was painted with por 15 and rust proofer as well as the whole underside of the car. the car was then professionally painted with a two stage base coat clear coat process after over 50 hours prep work and blocking on the car.
engine:
pontiac 400
.010 oversized pistons and a mild cam new main and rod bearings and all seals
less than 10 miles on the motor.
dynomax transverse muffler with t/a chrome tips
turbo 350 (i know.)
interior
80 square feet of damplifier and 8 square feet of damplifier pro and two gallons of spectrum one liquid one sludge
(here's the link to the site. great products)
new carpet new headliner great dash
knukoncepts 0 gauge power wire and klarity rca cables.
seats.. well the rears and passenger are fine. driver's though has a tear in it
brand new tires
asking $10,000.
trades i would consider would be subaru or saabaru (yes i am well aware this is an ls1 forum haha)
motorcycles include but are not limited to:
900ss
triumph daytona or speed triple
maybe even a buell. i had a trade offer for a 48 sportster but it is not really what i was looking for

also has new front and rear glass. i'm working on getting pictures with a real camera. the door panels are sitting in the trunk.
new door skins were put on as well. the white you see on the fins of the hood is buffing compound.
