california smog?

i just found out about this.. a bill introduce to exempt pre 81 cars. it got voted down, but it is not dead

Yeah.. that is voted down last month in there April Session. Bummer !

But I think anything from 76 and up with a Cat on it will never be exempt here in Calif.
