Stereo & Electronics - how can i hardwire a twelve volt radar detector speaker to my car?

i wanna buy a speaker to make my radar detector louder....it needs a 12 volt power supply tho.....and id like to keep my two spots open for gps and detector.....so how can i hardwire this speaker to me car so i can just plug it into the detector for sound?
