Nitrous Oxide - how to set up dual plate system on ls3 intake

I have a dual plate system on my camaro with a lq4 with l92 heads with a stock ls3 intake with a aeromotive 340 fuel pump...I was wondering can I just get the fuel from the fuel rail & do I need to use a regulator or anything..I'm going to be spraying 100 on the 1st system & 150 on the 2nd system

That is a lot to be pulling from the fuel rail. What is in the car fuel system wise?
