Generation IV Internal Engine - Is this block junk? L92 Block

Can pick this block up for a very good price. The motor was pulled from a dropped valve and then I found this.

How good of a price?

You might be able to re-sleeve that with ERL or RED and end up with a bad ass block.

I would say a piston died also.

It maybe possible to sleave it but would need to have the shop putting them in look at it.
