Conversions & Hybrids - 5.3 turbo swap in a 98 mustang gt

so my buddy and i are swapping out his ol slow 4.6 for a turbo 5.3
just a simple ebay turbo kit he picked up very cheap.
my question is for one, the harness.
ive seen several people that have done this swap.
one guy told me to use lt1swap.com
i went there but not much info.
also i found these adapter plates for the motor mount setup

would i be using the ls computer or the mustang computer.
itll be a auto setup and pretty much stock other than turbo.

You can go a number of routes with the harness. You should also know that many fox body guys are using the 98-02 F-body gage clusters as they bolt in rather easily. We have an adapter harness for that as well as an Engine/Trans harness for the Mustang Swap.
