Manual Transmission - T56 stiff shifter hard to go side to side

I just installed a pro 5.0 shifter the other day and the 3-4 shift mecanisiom does not stay in the middle but where ever I leave it. I put grease in the cup (bronze) and inspected everything. Goes into gears fine thou just nutral side to side is really stiff is it because of the bronze cup should I go buy a plastic nylon cup?

The trans has the trkt56 rebuild kit installed with the Kevlar synchros

I did check for binding the cup is a year old and does not come out to easy. Shit maybe the rod or something in the trans is mest up like that guy
