Gen 5 Camaro Tuning, Diagnostics, Dyno results - Bone stock ZL1 on the dyno....

We have the pleasure today of tuning a bone stock ZL1 auto to create tunes for our end users that will be preloaded in the Trinity, and eventually the inTune.

The car is a bone stock A6 model.

Baseline pulls were 478 rwhp 500 ft/lbs on 93 octane, untuned, down to the stock airbox.

Will have some tuned numbers to share later :devil:

Well what did it make before and after ?

Damn 478/500 bone stock through an A6? What does GM rate them at the crank?!

Nice car. At 4120lbs and 478rwh power to weight ratio says 1 : 8.6

I really wish they would have kept the weight down.

Results are in, this is stock vs tuned.
Car is bone stock, running 93 octane, tune is very conservative, with solid gains everywhere.
Unseen here is the massive improvement provided by the TCM tune as well ;)

Very nice, put a new air intake piping and filter and see what it does. Let us know!! I have read a 46hp 33trq improvement with it, Curious myself
