Stereo & Electronics - Help, bypass vats OK but still start issues

I put in the three wire module to bypass my vats since I was getting no start. It worked fine for a few weeks and I thought that was my problem BUT two days in a row I got the security light on and no start. Glad I wait 5 min and car will start. So now I know this means something else. I think it means there is a problem with my BCM?
