New LS1 Owners - Newbie Tech - agx

i got agx 8 way adj shocks in my 01 camaro, they were on it wen i bought the car, this may be a dumb question but i was wondering how to set them up? is 8 like the stiffer or softer setting? im trying to set them up for street, so my ride wont be so harsh.
