Hood bolt

Hood bolt I was installing my fiberglass ws6 hood and found the two mounting holes
wouldn't line up unless I took the side brackets off the car itself and put
them on the hood with it upside down on the ground. I went to put the
brackets back into one of the bolts that hold the bracket in place and it
ended up being unaligned and got pushed back into the inside fender and I
can't even get a magnet to get it out. I could probably push it through and
retrieve it through the fender/door but if I did that how would I put the bolt
back into the fender to stay so I can mount my hood brackets?
If this is confusing I'll take pics of the bracket/bolt tomorrow. Thanks.
