New LS1 Owners - Newbie Tech - Urgent help needed - Can you identify this pulley?

I was out driving this evening, when a loud cacaphony of crickets started screaming from under the hood, along with the odor of burning rubber. Took her home and pulled off the belts and did some troubleshooting. It looks like one of the pulleys is bad with busted bearings. I really need to locate the part tomorrow morning, but being armed with information would be extremely helpful. This is my daily driver, and I'll have to take time off work tomorrow to take care of this. It is for a 2001 Camaro SS A4.

I noticed that the bolt for the pulley was loose, and so the pulley had enough play to wobble. At first I attempted to tighten the bolt, but once the bolt was tightened, the pulley would not spin freely. In fact, spinning the pulley clockwise actually tightened the bolt further.

Can any of you identify this pulley for me? (See pics below) I've been trying to do my own research and am guessing that it is either a tensioner or idler pulley. I just haven't been able to pin it down better. I can't even find a parts explosion diagram. Some confirmation would be nice, and a part number would make me wanna buy you a beer (or 8).

I've included some photos to illustrate which pulley I'm referring to. Thank you in advance.

EDIT: sorry, it's late. That's the idler pulley. The tensioner is passenger side on top.

Did you fix it yet?
A few days a go I posted this one, perhaps helpful in the future. (http://ls1tech.com/forums/new-ls1-owners-newbie-tech/1544060-what-these-parts-called.html)

I think 1 and 5 are reversed. The tensioner is 1 and idler is 5.

#1 is spring loaded and #5 is stationary.

i bought the dayco on elisted above from advance and it would not work with the old cups from the old idler...do you just remove them? the pulley is a different shape as well. the old one is more dished and the new one is kind of flat on the face.

That should be the right part. Hopefully you got the right part in the box.

I've gotten some wrong parts in the right box before from the auto stores.

I had the same one go bad, just bolt the pulley on there w/o the 2 washer dustshields and all will be fine.
