I could've had these Kooks headers for less than $550, but I forgot about the auction. The one day I remembered the auction the seller relisted it because they ADDED the high flow cats. Then I missed the end of that relisting. Thinking 3rd time was a charm was wrong:

I looked at them when they we still up. They had issues as far as I am concerned. At least 2 places where they had to dent them in to make them not hit I guess. Go buy some new OBX headers. They look pretty decent. Just put some on my son's Camaro last weekend. They are a lot cheaper than kooks and IMO look and work just as good.

I saw those headers too but the damage turned me away. Unless you are going to cut out those sections and weld in new pipe its not worth it.

Not even. Anything worth a damn on that car has been destroyed. The tail lights, rear calipers, and possibly the rear wheels are the only thing salvageable on that thing for what I can see in the pics.

The rear diff belongs in a scrap heap with the rest of it.

Cool vids! Your light show is phenom and your rhythm section is awesome. Your singer needs some work though. Tell him to ditch the delay, it was ruining it. As long as it's fun I guess that's all that matters. :cool:

Our bassist is half our age, but he is a phenom. He's got all the Primus/RHCP/jazzy/funky riffs down. Apparently, his bass teacher is The Cult's bassist.

Our lead drummer has drummed in a ton of well known local bands, some before they broke big: Rev Horton Heat being one.

The delay is the EXACT SAME piece used by BHS lead singer. It's intentional & exact mimicry.

The guitarist sucks. I know.

Which song are you talking about? For John E Smoke, I just listened to a bunch of versions on YT & Gibby isn't that thick on the delays; agreed. He uses them in spots, not the full rant.
