Pontiac G8 2008-2010 - does 5th gen camro axle backs work on g8

Well i have a set of slp loudmouths from my fathers camaro sitting around and was wondering since thier the same diff and chassie it should work? Did anyone try this?

well after finally getting some time to crawl under both my car and his 5th gen i figured they wont fit. so looks like ill just order a loud mouth axle back for it tomaro.
