Default Ls3 intake in lq4 Question?

Okay I'm putting a lq4 into my 2000 camaro ss and I'm using the ls3 intake i know i need the injector adapters, map adapter, and the cable bracket. But do i need i to hook up the fuel lines because the ls1 fuel rail has 2 hook ups but the ls3 only has 1? Also if i put stock bearing back in the rods and crank can i just throw the new ones in and go or do i have to check the clearances and stuff like that?

Are you using rectangular port heads? The ls3 engine has rectangular port heads. Your lq4 does not. So, unless youve done a head change-out, the intake wont work. The ls3 engine also uses a returnless fuel line system. Your camaro used a return style fuel system, meaning the fuel that wasn't "needed" at the injectors, was returned back to the tank at part throttle operation. It's always a good idea to check clearances when installing new bearings. Most guys wouldn't bother. Will it work? Yeah.
