Default Looking for exhaust help

Changed the exhaust over to full stainless and need a quiet muffler...had a magnaflow cat back and switched to a single rear exit 3" in 3" out flowmaster. Well cops hate it lol so looking for a quiet mild tone just so i can drive it in town again. Quieter the better unfortunatley.
Appreciate any input.

I don't think you can get much quieter than the SLP Dual Dual. When I had it on my lt's ORY car it sounded no different than stock at idle and just sounded like you had a mild catback with your factory manifolds and cats at hard throttle. I liked the tone.

If we're talking bullet muffler I vote for a Borla XR1 40085 I think is the part number I think. 3 in/ 3 out. I was actually disappointed at how quiet my car was with just bolt ons. Its a little louder now with the cam. I believe the magnaflow bullet is suppose to be even quieter than the Borla.

I would prefer even quieter than what the magnaflow cat back was..lt's and ory really made it loud...again this is not by choice...prefer offset in/out but i can make anything fit in there

Dynomax #17547(offset/offset 20" case L ) SS about $122, or a # 17235(offset/center 24" case L) about $122; this one might be too long.
Magnaflow #12578 (offset/offset 22" case L ) about $107

IMO, I'd go with the Magnaflow #12578 (offset/offset 22" case L ) about $107. I know you can fit a 22" case in the stock location.

It's still a straight through muffler so it won't hurt performance at all, just tone it down a good amount.
