General Maintenance & Repairs - allen screw head stripped on valley cover any suggestions...please

I ordered a LS6 valley cover so i started to remove all the bolts for my valley cover on my ls1 but the last one on the far side by the fire wall stripped :( any suggestions? Please

Just to clarify, is this the threads on the bolt or the head of the bolt?

its the head... im was thinking of cutting the head off some how but i really dont know its troqued down pretty good...
