Default Abosulte owners inside please

I been looking at the Abosulte heads(5.3) and I wanted to see what kind of power you guys are putting down with these heads and big cams. Currently I have a TSP 231/237 and put down 401 but since I have a bad lifter I'm going to go with a new cam and heads. Also track times would be nice also.

AS Stage II 5.7's, tiny TR224, 410 rwhp / 397 rwtq with only exhaust and intake, no other bolt-ons, and stock tuning (air/fuel all over the chart).

Running 7.61's @ 93.5 mph all day long with the stock 3.42 gears in the 10 bolt and my stiff *** auto-x/road race suspension on the car also. Thats 7.61 with a blazing kick in the *** 1.89 60 foot, heh.

Some great numbers. I was looking at maybe getting the G5x2 with the heads. WHat are the specs on the G5x3 by the way? It's bigger then the X2 right? Or possiblity might go with a custom cam on a 110 LSA.

There must be alot of us waiting. I keep looking in the dyno archives to see if someone has done an install and dyno. I feel like a little kid waiting for Christmas.

I got mine a few weeks ago. Have 'em installed, just cleaning up a few things and then I'll be off to the dyno hopefully next week.

I made 435 and 409 with WAY too much preload on the Comp R lifters. I just did HS rockers and set the preload I will need to dyno again. I am expecting north of 450.

I am really getting impatient and excited at the same time. I talked to Jay this morning and he said his is picking up my heads tomorrow, then off to the machine shop. He says the intakes are taking him alot longer than he thought. I ordered mine around the first week of Feb. But I know it will be well worth it when I get them. Its just we are getting some really nice top down weather

Still two weeks away I guess.
