Generation IV Internal Engine - How to replace seal on timing chain cover?

Hey guys, just removed the cover and like to replace the seal. I look the the service manual but didn't find anything. If anybody could walk me through the process, I greatly appreciate it.

knock the old seal out and use a large socket or something the same size as the seal and drive it in,, make sure to use the gm alignment tool when you install the cover to the engine.
