Generation IV Internal Engine - Any downfalls or perks of dished pistons ?! HELP

So i bought some heads i was told were 62cc. and got them checked and they are only 58 so my question is is there any downfalls in going with a dished pistons to get my compression ratio....it will be like a -10cc dish to get 11.5 to 1 CR.

my plan is a very strong 402 on motor, then spray someday, is there ay downfalls of a dished piston with smaller head chamber ? some say its better


or would the perfect senario be a bigger head chamber and a -2cc flat top...thanks

I know of no downfalls with dished pistons in your application. Some people consider it to be a plus for good burning as long as there is a good quench pad surface around the perimeter. I would say not to worry and go for it.
