Being a FORD man first... I was skeptical on the power that the LS1 can put out. Even in stock form, some of the things I read sounded odd. So I went in yesterday's dyno session with a modest number in mind. Well.... all I can say is FN LS1!!!! I am convinced that CHEVY got it right and FORD was/is playing catch up since 1993.

With the modest mods I have..... Output is amazing!!! Cannot understand why FORD has to make a special car (Cobra, Termy, Mach 1) to keep up with CHEVY'S run of the mill Z28.

Still love my low 12's truck, but the Fbod is growing on me.

Now cam it without spending more money than the car is worth and collect your ~400rwhp dyno sheet.

The Ford 4v are decent but the 2v and 3v from the GT are garbage to me.

Very nice numbers, gotta say love those BBK's. As stated above put that cam in come Oct and you will be shocked how it picks up. If i had the funds i would've done it a while ago.

Good numbers. If I were to buy a Ford it would be an 03/04 Cobra for sure. Those things with just a pulley and catback are even with alot of h/c fbodies.
