Paint & Body Work - Wings west body kit

Hi, I have the wings west body kit for my 99 transam and just need information on the side skirts (rocker panels), do they fit on top of the factory ones or do the factory ones come off before fitting the wings west ones, any help with this please thanks.

The wings west body kit is made to fit with the curvature of the lower body without any other body enhancements present. Like, a stock Z28 for example, they would fit right on. I can't recall right now what exactly the firebirds/trans-ams came with. But if your car has some kind of body kit on it, I'm pretty sure it would have to come off. I have the Wings West kit on my car, but it's a camaro.
