LOL no it wasn't tuned, but hearing it idle like that was wild. It still had a nice lope after it was tuned, but nothing like that Vette (I have that video favorited btw)

I've not really cared for many of the GenIV motors cammed. Like the yellow Z06 at about 1:20, its just one lope repetitive, versus most GenIII cams sound very choppy and almost distorted. I don't know what it is, but most GenIV motors sound this way, and I prefer the GenIII Sound... What is it exactly?

I agree I prefer the sound of older sbc's but I love the performance of the lsx's

I dont like the steady chop of the yellow zo6 either. When my guy tuned my cam he had it set up like that and I hated it. So I got him to smooth out the idle and make it more sporadic sounding if you know what I mean. I love the way it sounds now :nod:
