If i take the line off my manifold to ls6 valley cover and put my finger over the hole on the manifold i get a constant mist of steam/oil coming out. My ls1 only has 65k on it so idl if this is normal or not. But at the same time if i take the oil fill cap off the steam stops coming out of the valley cover tube. I'm guessing this could me my massive oil constumption issue so what would be the best way to fix this. I was thinking a small breather on the back of both valve covers? Am i on the rifht track guys

The LS6 valley cover itself......is JUNK. It allows WAY WAY too much oil mist to get sucked into the intake through the PCV system out of the valley cover port.

Do yourself a favor and do this.......page 2...post #22. Your oil burning will stop 100%. Then you need to do a good top end cleaning...and for gods sake...not with SeaFoam.....lol
