i just did a cam swap and all that. i bought the ls6 ported oil pump from texas speed. seems to have about 55psi on cold start up and about 40 to 45 psi warm. is that normal? seems when its warmed up and i drive it it makes a valeterrain noise but when im at idle it doesnt. oil pump o-ring? now that i think of it when i did the swap the old o-ring was red and i think the one i got with the oil pump was blue. sounds like the noise is on the drivers side rear. noise is only there when its warmed and i drive it for a min. not there at idle. any help will be greatly appreciated.
