New LS1 Owners - Newbie Tech - Headlight changing

So i bought these

And wanted to change the ring on the inside because the blue is illegal. I was wondering if someone knew how to change the rings.

I"m actually thinking the blue tint wouldn't be an issue.. Haven't you seen those bright FULL BLUE xenon heads and fogs going down the road? my headlights are halos and they have blue in them. I think you would be fine.. I suppose it depends how strict your state laws are as well. I've only been pulled over for a bluish license plate light (Iowa)

I doubt. You would have an issue. Unless its as blue as police lights you should be fine

Check your local laws. Sometimes it's a fix it ticket. So that way you won't have to go through the trouble of changing them (especially if you like them) without having to.
