Try cleaning the maf, IAC, check voltage on the TPS.

had the same problem after it sat for a month. Going to say the ethanol in the fuel absorbed water like mine did, drain the tank and put fresh gas in. I was chasing that gremlin for a few days.

check for vacuum leaks and check the intake gasket. Ive had small leaks in intake gaskets cause small misfires on only one or two cylinders sometimes all, only at idle. the second you hit the throttle it goes away.

Maf was cleaned multiple times, along with swapping with a known good one.. Iac on the scanner seams to act perfectly fine.. but haven't cleaned it at all.. and if there was low voltage to the TPS a code would be thrown right away...
