There was only 2 connectors around the back of the intake, one went across the back and connected to another part on the other side, and the other plug went into the back of the intake next to the brake booster line but this one came from the passenger side.

It's a little hard to tell from your pic, but I think you're talking about the knock sensor connection. On my 99 SS it's blue.

maybe this pic will help.

I have removed the AIR system, BUT I never had any of that stuff by where the wire is. My friend has an 00 Z28, and she has a ton of stuff emissions wise with vacuum hoses and things like that. I'd bet its knock sensor since i did get a knock sensor code today. I aslo got 02 codes for both banks... but my alternator clip popped off and i was running entirely off the battery, just didnt know it and it was running funny

Knock sensor or the little relay on the drivers side over like the #5 injector I think it might be for the air system. That is my guess.

I don't remember unplugging the knock sensor thing. My car never had that thing with the EGR or the AIR where there was vacuum hoses or anything that needed to be removed. I'm gonna go mess with it now, I'll keep you updated

I love you guys. It was the knock sensor thing. I removed my STB and my FRC's, jammed my hand back there and found the loose wire. Problem solved.
