Default J30R10 Fuel hose issues

Alright I have been using this stuff forever with great success, and now we are having issues.

My personal LS1 S10 ran for 60k miles on E85 and had 8yrs on a piece with no issues.

This season I have had a handful of customers install it and run it with no luck. It swells, then softens, and then splits open. Just like when some one makes the rookie mistake of using hose that is not submersible.

Fuel type does not seem to matter for these people, can be straight pump gas or E85 and it happens.

Any ideas? Is it just around here?

Thanks,

TJ

No, it isn't only in your area. I do not care what a manufacture claims about their "submersible" hose. 90% of the people complaining about fuel delivery problems is because they used subposibly in tank hose .When the only type of tubing to use in tank is OEM PTFE type tubing
like this.
