Default Is my LS7 MAF in an ok spot

Built the intake for my LS swapped vehicle, recently did some work and got an LS7 MAF to replace the 85mm MAF to help out the new intake and TB.

Went to the track Saturday and was running fine, and after I left off past the stripe the check engine light came on, and was giving a P0102 for MAF frequency. I checked everything and it looked like the connector was touching the core support so I moved it and it didn't come back on.

Was backing the car off the trailer at home, and the light was on again. Left it in the garage. Go to start it up two days later to drive it to work and the light is off again.

Attached is a picture of my intake, and the red circle is where my MAF is located. It is hidden, and the MAF is upside down. Is this an alright spot or should I move it somewhere? I'm going to repin the connector and make sure the wires are all fine, but I don't think it will be an issue considering I put the connector in the car last August with no problems until the LS7 MAF.

Thanks

Default

I'd say you are having a wiring/connection issue rather than the location
