Canadian Members - Parking Ticket in Toronto

So as the title says, I got a parking ticket while I was on a tour around Ryerson University this afternoon. I asked the officer how do I go about paying this with a car that isn't even registered in the country? He said "Enjoy your trip, get my drift?" I assume that I do not have to pay this as they are municipal, but I figured I'd have better luck with you guys haha.

when i first moved to Canada my car still plated TX i got like 3-4 parking tickets which i never paid and i also went in 407 which bill sent back to my house in TX but now my car register in Ontario no problem :) if i were u i wont worry too much

I ended up spending the day with the girly today, and I was like "Hey, check out this souvenir I got from the Police." She thought it was pretty funny that I'm not going to pay it, I guess that's a few points in the section that reads "Total Badass!" haha.:judge:
