General LSX Automobile Discussion - Tick Sound-Coil,Pushrod,Rocker?

Well I know this is a common post, but I figured I'd get your input.

I am getting a tick sound, thought it was exhaust leak, but it isn't. Driver side of the engine, towards the rear. When I touch the last spark plug wire it actually feels like it is pulsating, the others I feel nothing. Is this the sign of a bad coil pack?

Or could it be push rod or rocker that needs replaced/upgraded? Just curious why the plug wire would feel different than the others. Thanks for any help

Btw the car runs fine, no real change in performance or idle smoothness. Just a slick ticking sound, almost sounds like an arcing sound of electricity... I know its tough to diagnose over the internet, just thought I'd ask. Thanks!

Found it, Loose Spark Plug..... Just in case you have the same issue someday.
