Fueling & Injection - Plz advise!! What size injectors should I buy??

I have a 00 ta with prc 2.5 heads and a tqer v3 cam 111lsa..ls6 intake and full exhaust...I do plan on running 100shot (wet). What injectors should I buy and should I upgrade to a 255 whalbro?

37# or 42# and yes, go ahead and get the 255 w/wiring harness kit.
