Default well mannored or not

i am in the process of ordering a ms4 kit from texas speed and getting ready to put it in a 5.3 punched to a 383
heres some internal specs:

4" stroke
6.125 h beams
mahle -6cc flat tops
799 heads that flow 280+/225+ @ .600
heads shaved .017
62cc chamber heads
42 lbs injectors
ported and polished intake and t-body
custom stand alone harness
pcm to be worked out through efi live

looking to get 500+ rwhp


my question is will this cam be streetable and well mannored?

spec for cam is 239/242 649/610 111

With your heads, that much lift is totally unnecessary and pointless. 18.5* overlap is manageable with a good tuner and proper supporting mods. But well mannered, I would not really say yes. A real good tuner that spends the time on a street tune is imperative.

I ran a 238/242 on a 112lsa in my stock cube ls1 and it was on the bog side, but managable.....with the extra cubes from the stroker your should be fine and have decent manners with a good tune.

I'd drop the intake lift down too, something around .600" will work just as hood and be a lot less harsh on springs
