What is it Worth? - 02 z28 convert with RS kit and 39K miles

I have been lookin at a few differnet cars and narrowed it down to a 02 convert with 40k miles, pewter convert with leather, Ls1 with auto. Nice cond with a few small scrapes to the Factrory lower body kit, Whats a good value to offer. Its a fully loaded 2nd owner private party car. Any info would be great

Generally, with that nice low mileage, a clean titled '02 Z28 'vert (with no Carfax issues) should be in the $14,000 - $15,000 price neighborhood for a 'private party' sale. If the 'scrapes' are bad and some other repairs or needs are obvious, like tires, etc... then the price should be lower than that. How is the maintenance history? Every fluid should have been changed by now (except perhaps for the tranny as some shops and owners wait for the 50,000 miles mark). Many factors to consider when it comes to upkeep and who drove the car. A two owner car is very good but not if the last owner was a kid, with his first car, and thought he was Dale Jr. Provide more info if you need more for yourself.
