Stereo & Electronics - Pac module for steering wheel controls issue

I recently pulled out my kenwood head unit to access the rear, and plug in the aux cable from my cell phone (Pandora). Nothing else was touched. Right afterwards, I noticed that the volume up button on my steering wheel wasnt working like before. Ive never had and issue with it, and it just started acting weird after i pulled the stereo out from the dash. My question is, are the wires that sensitive? Ive never installed the pac module for steering wheel controls before so I dont know what it entails. Thanks in advance.

Hell I called customer service for pac and they said that my new module wasn't working right so now I have to call denial at dd mods to see what to do
