Dyno Guesses & Bench Racing Forum - 04 GTO- What will it run?

Im planning on going to the track in 10 days, CURRENT mods are as follows-

Hardcore style cai, AIT relocation
Tuned
Lt`s, catless, corsa catback
Ported TB
Nitto NT01`s 245/40/18
Slight weight reduction- 3,6XXlbs

WHat will i run?


Then in a few weeks i will be going to this setup-

Cartek 2x cam, 25%udp, trunion/pushrod upgrades, ported intake
85mm maf, and everything else listed above^^^^

What will i run then?

Should do low 13s as is and mid to low 12s Cammed.

What all does your weight reduction include? I'm trying to get mine down

I removed the skid plate, stock air box and fuel rail covers, rear tank brace and all brackets (Like 30lbs!). SPare tire and everything to do with that! KNocked off right @ 100lbs Are you on LS1gto.com? They have a complete thread dedicated to weight reduction there. Did you know you car has a tow brace hidden in the back behind the bumper? Good for 5-10 lbs. Need to remove mine!

With the mods i would be very happy to touch 11`s but IDK lol

This also has a full tank of fuel, i would race will half or a little less.

Kearney track prep isn't that great at all. I'm gonna say probably in the 13.2-13.4 range given the track prep and the DA won't be so great.

Yeah I don't post there much. I didn't know about the tow brace. I have all the others done. Car looks good btw! Silver is the best ;).

I went 13.5/6 at 105 to 7 stock with bolt ons only ran once. And it wheel hopped too badly.
