I liked the owner more than the host, very humble.

BAD ASS NOVA!!!! best year too

Confused about a couple things:

1. It runs in the 9s? or It runs a 9?

2. Would it actually beat a Veryon in the 1/4? (if its a 9 flat car yes, if its in the 9s it would be close)

Hell I believe when W2W was a sponsor they even posted a build thread for it here. I remember seeing pics of that car being built.

Badass sleeper for sure. Almost makes me wanna leave my car alone & not worry about the paint. My entire hood has already lost all the clear & my quarters are following suit. Looks stock appearance wise though, lol.

I was the project manager and Kurt Urban was my boss. I have tons of photos from the W2W days.

The technology in that thing is absolutely sick. People love sleeperz !!!!
Back when Kurt first had the car teched they barely looked at it till it ripped
off like a ten teen shakedown pass. Then the track staff was like "now hang
on a minute here son" They reinspected it and I believe eventually Kurt had
it runnin' like 9.25 with a soft 60 ft. and something around 149 trap speeds.
I heard it sold at least once and the car is now supposed to square off in
a heads up sleeper race against a 69 4 door Impala I built and sold about a
year ago. The new owner claims the nova runs 9.80s now and I doubt my
old car (known as GUMBY) here in the midwest, probably doesn't stand a
chance but will still put up a great fight. Trust me the IMP is way faster than
it looks...LOL
Great vid...thanks for posting it !!!!!!
