Default 10.5 Y2K Deep Dish with 295/35/18's *Pics inside*

The 295's and 10.5 deep dish Y2k's are on...just click for larger image. For those of you who are undecided on a tire size for 10.5" wheels, my ExtremeContactDW 295's look great and have ZERO rubbing with no BFH mod whatsoever. These tires do run wide, so if you are getting a 295 for a 10.5 tire, avoid any brands that run narrow or it will definitely look stretched. As a thread recently demonstrated, there is a BIG difference in tire width between different brands of the same size.

More available via request.

Looks good. I have been thinking about going with the 10.5 for the rear just to get some different wheel choices. I have had the regular C5's on mine for years. I was disappointed when OE didn't make the C5 in a 17x11.

I'd like to run a 305/35/18 for the rear wheel tire size because I'd like to put a set of Toyo R888's on in that size. I'm thinking they should fit considering an 11" wide wheel can hold a 315 tire without an issue. So 0.5" is ~ 12.7mm, and the difference between a 305 and 315 is only 10mm.

I had a 315 on my 18x10.5 wheels, looked killer.

I'm thinking you should be fine with 305's. There's about 0.5 inch clearance on the inside of my fender and around the same to the bump stop. 315's will probably require some BFH.

Looks good. I bolted up c5 vette wheels with 295/35/18 michelin pilot ps2 (they looked more like 315s) to my z28 one time and it rubbed like crazy. So its crazy how much one car and tire can vary from another car.

What are pro/cons for doing the 17s in the front and not 18s?
