Southern Members - Orders to Camp Lejeune...questuon about gas

Im have PCS orders to Lejeune for Nov. Im getting my car tuned next month. I want a 93 octane tune but dont remember if they have 93 or 91 highest octane rating around Lejeune. Ill have a 87 DD tune, bit should I get a 91 performance tune as well?

not the same area, but outside Fort Stewart Georgia we have 93
